About bos989
Your trusted partner for secure online betting in Indonesia since 2017
Our Story
Founded in 2017, bos989 emerged from a simple but powerful vision: to create a trusted, secure, and entertaining online betting platform specifically designed for Indonesian players. We recognized that Indonesian bettors deserved more than generic international platforms that ignored their unique preferences, payment methods, and cultural context. From day one, our mission has been to bridge this gap by offering world-class gaming experiences with the convenience, security, and local touch that Indonesian players expect.
Over the past seven years, we have grown from a small startup to one of Indonesia's most recognized online betting platforms, serving over 2.5 million registered members across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, and beyond. Our success is built on three fundamental pillars: trust, innovation, and player satisfaction. We understand that in the online gambling industry, trust is earned through consistent delivery of secure transactions, fair gaming, and transparent operations. This is why we have invested heavily in bank-grade encryption, secure payment processing, and rigorous game fairness testing.
At bos989, we take pride in offering comprehensive betting options that reflect the diverse interests of Indonesian players. Our sportsbook covers everything from global favorites like the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and UEFA Champions League to local Indonesian football competitions such as BRI Liga 1, featuring beloved clubs like Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United. We also provide extensive coverage of Timnas Indonesia (the national team, nicknamed Garuda), badminton tournaments including the All England and Thomas Cup, MotoGP racing at the Mandalika circuit, and the rapidly growing esports scene with Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire competitions.
Beyond international sports, we recognize the importance of traditional Indonesian betting preferences. Our platform offers access to togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), with daily draws from Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, Togel Macau, and other regional markets. We also provide sabung ayam (cockfighting) streaming from licensed international arenas in the Philippines and Thailand, honoring a deep-rooted Indonesian and Balinese cultural tradition in a modern, accessible format. Additionally, our live casino features world-class games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and other premium providers, while our slot library includes thousands of titles from Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft.
What truly sets bos989 apart is our commitment to Indonesian players at every level of our operation. We support Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for all transactions, eliminating currency conversion hassles and fees. Our payment infrastructure integrates seamlessly with Indonesia's major banks—BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon—as well as popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are processed instantly, and withdrawals are typically completed within 1-3 hours during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB), with most requests handled in under an hour.
We also recognize that excellent customer support is essential for player confidence and satisfaction. Our 24/7 Indonesian-speaking customer support team is available around the clock via live chat, WhatsApp, and email to assist with any questions, technical issues, or account concerns. Whether you are a new player navigating your first deposit or an experienced bettor troubleshooting a withdrawal, our support team is trained to provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance in your native language. This local approach, combined with international gaming standards, has made bos989 the platform of choice for hundreds of thousands of Indonesian bettors who demand both quality and convenience.
Our Core Values
Security First
Player safety is our top priority. We employ 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and rigorous KYC procedures to protect your personal information and funds. Our platform undergoes regular security audits and complies with international data protection standards.
Fair Gaming
All our games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are tested by independent third-party auditors. We publish RTP (Return to Player) rates transparently and ensure every player has an equal chance of winning based purely on luck and skill.
Player-Centric
Every decision we make starts with a simple question: what is best for our players? From our user-friendly interface to our generous bonuses and loyalty rewards, we design our platform around your needs and preferences.
Speed & Efficiency
We know that time matters in online betting. Our platform is optimized for instant deposits, fast withdrawals (most processed under 1 hour), and lightning-quick bet placement. No waiting, no delays—just smooth, efficient betting.
Excellence
We set high standards for ourselves in every aspect of our operation—from game quality and odds competitiveness to customer support responsiveness and promotional value. Mediocrity is not acceptable; we aim for excellence every day.
Responsible Gaming
We believe gambling should always be fun, never a problem. We provide comprehensive responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion options, and links to professional support organizations for anyone who needs help.
